Support for Tech Companies
Saskatchewan Technology Startup Incentive (STSI)
The most aggressive tax incentive in Canada for investors supporting technology startups. Saskatchewan-based investors receive a 45 per cent tax credit when they support eligible businesses in Saskatchewan.
Saskatchewan Advantage Innovation Fund (SAIF)
Funding program designed to accelerate commercialization of technological innovations in Saskatchewan’s core sectors, including mining, energy, manufacturing & processing and health care.

Agtech Growth Fund (AGF)
Funding program designed to accelerate commercialization of groundbreaking technological advancements in Saskatchewan’s agriculture sector.

Made In Saskatchewan Technology (MIST)
Pilot project program that connects technology startups with public sector partners to tackle community and public sector challenges. Companies receive up to $30,000 to pilot their solution that enhances public service delivery.
Innovation Challenge
Pitch competition and pilot project program that harnesses the ideas and expertise of startups to rapidly solve public sector challenges and create enhanced citizen experiences. Winners are awarded a $10,000 grant, 16-week residency and full commercialization rights.
