Kelley Moore

Kelley Moore was appointed Vice President, Research & Technology Park Operations in November 2023. Over the past 25 years, Kelley’s work has focused on improving the quality of life for citizens by delivering high-quality programs and services. Her experience spans a wide range of interdisciplinary fields, including community planning, human service delivery, service integration, public administration, international development and business management.

As a mentor, executive leader and business owner, Kelley approaches her work and personal life as a servant leader and is deeply committed to helping individuals, organizations and communities be all they can be. She currently serves as the volunteer Secretary General and Trustee for the Commonwealth Association of Planners.

Kelley Moore is a Registered Professional Planner and Fellow of the Canadian Institute of Planners. She holds a Masters’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Regional and Urban Planning from the University of Saskatchewan.
