Shauna Minty

Shauna Minty was appointed Executive Director of Human Resources at Innovation Saskatchewan in November 2023. Having started with Innovation Place in 2007, she has held various progressive roles within the Human Resources department, demonstrating her deep commitment to the organization and its people.

Before transitioning to a career in human resources, Shauna provided executive-level support at one of Canada’s largest financial institutions. This experience laid a strong foundation for effectively translating practical skills into strategic HR leadership, driving initiatives that enhance organizational performance and employee satisfaction.

With diverse experience in HR management, Shauna is recognized for her strategic approach and has successfully led initiatives that improve employee engagement, boost performance and foster a positive workplace culture. She has a proven ability to build strong relationships at all organizational levels and a leadership style that emphasizes collaboration and inclusivity, ensuring all voices are heard and valued.
